Carpet Cleaner Xpress rents carpet cleaning equipment in the Kansas City metro area. This is our single, complete privacy policy; it also governs our text messaging program below.
Information we collect. When you book a rental, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers; we never store card numbers). Our website uses standard analytics (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic.
How we use it. We use your information to fulfill your rental, process payments, send you messages about your own booking (confirmations, delivery and pickup reminders), and, only if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages.
Your choices. You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time (unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to any text). To access or delete your information, contact us via our Contact Us page.
Text Messaging & Consent
If you provide your phone number when booking, we may text you about your own rental (delivery and pickup coordination). Marketing texts are sent only with your express opt-in, collected at checkout as described in How SMS Opt-In Works.
We do not share your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from Carpet Cleaner Xpress about your rental (booking confirmations, delivery reminders, pickup reminders). By selecting the marketing opt-in at checkout, you additionally agree to receive occasional marketing messages such as review requests and offers.
Message frequency varies; typically 2-4 messages per rental, and no more than 1 marketing message per month. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP or visit carpetcleanerxpress.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How SMS Opt-In Works
Customers book at our online checkout (https://carpet-cleaner-xpress.booqableshop.com, reached from this website). On the checkout Details step, directly below the required Phone Number field, every customer answers a required selection labeled “Exclusive text offers” with two options:

Marketing texts (optional): Selecting “Yes” above opts you in to recurring promotional text messages from Carpet Cleaner Xpress (offers, discounts, and review requests — no more than 1 per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Rental updates: Separately from your selection above, we send transactional texts about your own rental (delivery and pickup coordination, typically 2–4 per rental). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Neither option is pre-selected. Marketing consent is collected distinctly from transactional rental updates and is not a condition of purchase; selecting “No promotional texts” completes checkout normally. Marketing messages are sent only to customers who select the “Yes” option.
