Privacy Policy
Carpet Cleaner Xpress rents carpet cleaning equipment in the Kansas City metro area. This is our single, complete privacy policy; it also governs our text messaging program below.
Information we collect. When you book a rental, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers; we never store card numbers). Our website uses standard analytics (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic.
How we use it. We use your information to fulfill your rental and process payments. We send text messages about your own booking (confirmations, delivery and pickup updates) only if you check the optional rental-updates box at checkout, and marketing texts only if you separately check the optional offers box.
Your choices. You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time (unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to any text). To access or delete your information, contact us via our Contact Us page.
Text Messaging & Consent
Carpet Cleaner Xpress collects consent for text messages directly, through two separate, optional checkboxes on our online checkout at carpet-cleaner-xpress.booqableshop.com. Both boxes are unchecked by default, and you can complete your booking with neither box checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Rental updates (optional): “I agree to receive text messages from Carpet Cleaner Xpress about my rental, such as booking confirmations and delivery and pickup updates. Typically 2–4 msgs per rental. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
- Offers (optional): “I agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Carpet Cleaner Xpress, such as exclusive offers, discounts and review requests. Max 2 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Providing a phone number alone does not sign you up for texts. Each type of message is sent only if you checked its box.

Information we collect for texting
When you opt in, we record your mobile number, your name, the exact consent wording you agreed to, which box you checked, and the date and time. We use this only to send the messages you asked for and to keep a record of your consent.
We do not share your mobile information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (e.g., our messaging platform) solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Frequency, rates, and opting out
Rental updates: typically 2–4 messages per rental. Marketing: no more than 2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP or call (816) 226-6547 for help. If you opted out and want texts again, reply START to resubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
