EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION LIABILITY

NOTICE OF MALFUNCTION: IF THE MACHINE MALFUNCTIONS, STOPS WORKING, OR PRESENTS
ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE DURING USE, YOU MUST STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT
CARPET CLEAN XPRESS. CONTINUING TO USE A MALFUNCTIONING MACHINE COULD LEAD TO
FURTHER DAMAGE, AND YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS IF MISUSE IS DETERMINED.

Liability for Damage from Malfunction: Carpet Clean Xpress is not liable for damages to your property
if the equipment malfunctions. Our liability, if any, is limited to a refund of the rental fee if the machine is
defective at the time of delivery.
Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: By renting the machine, you agree to comply with all
relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations, including proper disposal of wastewater
and chemicals.
Wastewater Disposal: Please ensure wastewater disposal is in accordance with local environmental
regulations. Improper disposal can harm the environment, and Carpet Clean Xpress is not liable for any
violations.
