The service first of all , was on point. I literally decided at 4pm Wednesday and Mike answered all of my questions and delivered at 8:50am Thursday. Not only was he super nice and professional, he thoroughly explained how the machine works and later checked back with me to see how things were. I was also able to rent the machine for an additional night since I was not done via text!!! If you’re down to do the work, this machine and his service is what you need!!!! We will definitely be using his service again!!!! Thank you!!!
The thought of me having to drive to a store, pick up… I mean, literally pick up a machine, struggle to lug it into our SUV, drive home, unload the machine by picking it up AGAIN – exhausting just thinking about it. No thank you! Michael, very friendly, dropped it off, explained the process well,, came back 24 hours later to collect the machine – easy peasy! Plus inexpensive and the machine did a wonderful job! I will use them again & again!

I’m very impressed. Mike delivered the machine and spent time walking me through how to use it properly. He machine worked great. I was surprised how powerful it was for a rental. My carpets were cleaner than after the last “professional” service I used.
Mike delivered the sparkling clean unit and showed me how to operate it. He communicated well via text before drop off and pick up. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his company. Using the machine was easy. I will definitely use them again. Having drop off and pick up service is so much better than trying to wrestle the machine into my car!

I can’t believe I’ve never done this before. I have saved myself hundreds of dollars by renting the machine, rather than hiring a professional service like I did previously. I have professional results with a fraction of the price. Michael is so customer service friendly; he delivers it and then shows you how to use it and will pick it up. I will be using Michael’s machines about three times a year from now on. Next time I’m going to use the nozzle attachment to clean both sets of carpeted stairs in her home. I’m so excited!
Amazing and couldn’t be more convenient! Every time I have rented a machine from a store, it’s a total gamble. Half the time those store machines are covered in someone else’s pet hair, or you haul them all the way home just to find out they do not even work. Carpet Cleaner Xpress completely fixes that nightmare. Michael delivered the machine to my door spotless, fully functional, and ready to go. The pick up and delivery was seamless. The machine itself was spotless when we got it, worked perfectly, and the hose attachment worked perfect on our couch. Not only that but renting this kind of machine from any hardware store would be 2x or 3x the cost, with no delivery or pick up. Mike/ Michael who delivered and picked up our machine was a great guy, super nice and genuine!
I really hate walking into stores to rent carpet cleaners! When I found carpet cleaner express, and found out that delivery was free, and the price was comparable to what I would’ve paid anywhere else… I signed up! The cleaner was in great condition and did exactly what I needed, and Mike was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I will be using them again.
