The pick up and delivery was seamless. The machine itself was spotless when we got it, worked perfectly, and the hose attachment worked perfect on our couch. Not only that but renting this kind of machine from any hardware store would be 2x or 3x the cost, with no delivery or pick up. Mike/ Michael who delivered and picked up our machine was a great guy, super nice and genuine!
