These terms cover text messages sent by Carpet Cleaner Xpress, a carpet cleaning equipment rental business in the Kansas City metro area.
1. How you opt in
You can opt in on our online checkout at carpet-cleaner-xpress.booqableshop.com, using two separate, optional checkboxes. Both are unchecked by default:
- Rental updates: booking confirmations and delivery and pickup updates for your rental.
- Offers: recurring marketing texts such as exclusive offers, discounts and review requests.
You can check one, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your booking is completed normally either way, and giving a phone number alone does not sign you up.
2. Message frequency
Rental updates: typically 2–4 messages per rental. Marketing: no more than 2 messages per month.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts unless you opt in again. If you change your mind later, reply START to resubscribe.

6. Privacy
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
